Our services in more detail:

Click and Collect:-

Our Click & Collect option is ideal if you want the convenience of shopping online but don’t want to wait for your products to be delivered. You can reserve your chosen item(s) and collect from our Wormelow Showroom. Not only can you secure your product but you’ll also benefit from our low prices without an additional delivery charge.

  • Add your product(s) to your cart and at checkout you will see the “Click & Collect” Option.
  • Proceed to Checkout and you will shortly receive an email confirming your order
  • A member of our friendly team will be in contact with you by telephone to discuss your collection options, subject to stock availability, you will be asked to collect within 7 working days.
  • For larger items, it is advisable to bring someone with you, as whilst our staff will endeavour to help you, our staffing levels can vary.

UK Delivery (Furniture):-

  • After your order has been placed, your order will be passed to our Warehouse team, who will be in touch to let you know an approximate delivery date. Please be aware that we do not send out automatic notifications.
  • The actual delivery date will be subject to confirmation.
  • If a delivery address is within our standard 30 mile radius, the order will be subject to a reduced delivery rate of £29.
  • If a delivery address is outside of our standard 30 mile radius the order will be dispatched through a national kerbside pallet service.
  • A national kerbside delivery service means we dispatch the order on a pallet that arrives on the kerb of the delivery address and disposal of the pallet and packaging is down to the customer.
  • If you require a two man delivery service this is subject to a bespoke quotation.
  • Our Warehouse Department work on a 2-5 day turnaround for all dispatches. If this is likely to be extended due to Stock Availability or for other reasons, we will of course let you know and keep you fully informed throughout.
  • Unfortunately, we are not to include some items/orders in our Standard UK Delivery, and certain products will be subject to a delivery quotation – examples of which are Large Corner Sofas. If your order is going to be subject to a delivery quotation, we will contact you straight away to discuss the options with you. Rest assured that we will endeavour to find the most competitive quote that we can for you, in order to get your order to you without compromising on quality or service.

UK Delivery (Accessories):-

  • Subject to stock availability, your item will be dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Should there be a problem with stock for your order, we will contact you within 24 hours and will keep you fully informed of the situation. You will of course be given the option to cancel your order at any point should you not wish to wait for your item to be in stock.

General Information and Conditions

Excluded Delivery Locations:- Postcodes KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, DG, KA, FK, KY are subject to individual quotation and we will contact you once your order has been placed unless you have already received a quotation prior to ordering, in which case, we will contact you after you have completed checkout to arrange for further payment to be taken. (We will of course offset the original Delivery Cost of extra charge.)
 
Overseas Delivery - We will be pleased to quote for delivery to your shipping agent or any delivery worldwide. Please phone our order line on 01981 541144 or email us at sales@simplystunningfurniture.co.uk, and as above, we can arrange for further payment to be made once your order has been placed.
 
Satisfaction Guarantee - We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 14 days of delivery you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a credit note or refund.
Items for return or exchange must be in the same condition as they were delivered. Self-assembly products are excluded from our 14-day satisfaction guarantee once they have been removed from their packaging unless they are incomplete, faulty or defective. Credit will be for the value of item(s), excluding delivery charges applied. Please contact our office by telephone or email, explaining the problem and we will arrange a collection. Refund/Credit will be applied once the item has reached our Warehouse and has been inspected by our Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
 
Furniture Construction - Most of our products are delivered fully assembled. Some larger items are delivered part assembled; however these products are clearly marked and displayed accordingly.
 
Delivery Timescales - Whilst we endeavor to hold all our products in stock, certain products are made to order. Where immediate delivery is not available from stock we will notify you and we will do our best to get your products to you within 3-6 weeks. Up-to-date delivery times are available with each individual product. We make every effort to deliver your purchases promptly and efficiently, however delays can occasionally occur. In this event we will advise you accordingly and shall offer you a full refund should you wish to cancel your order. As soon as your goods are ready to be delivered we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please note that a signature will be required at the time of delivery. For more information of delivery timescales on specific items, please contact us. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.
 
Damages - Damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone to our office. We will contact you within seven days to arrange exchange or supplemental delivery.
