Whether you are a large company with multiple unit developments or a small property developer with a single refurbished unit, we can assist to enhance the appeal of your property, which will help to maximise the sale price you achieve.

We can supply stunning interior and exterior furnishings to include dining furniture, sofas, coffee tables, occasional furniture, beds and bedroom storage solutions, bed linen, rugs, mirrors, pictures, lamps and other interior accessories. Our beautiful Cretian terracotta pots and Indonesian garden teak will also bring any outdoor space to life.

Our entire range has been carefully selected to represent superb quality at fantastic value and has already assisted with the successful marketing of many building projects, and it really does help in the selling process.

We don't go over the top with our set ups. Prospective purchasers have their own imagination and they don’t need to see a toaster to know the room is a kitchen or that their toaster will fit! But seeing two sofas in the sitting room will give them a sense of how much space there is and how it can be used.

There are two ways in which you can use this service.

Option 1 - Rental

Based on an indication of the furniture detailed below, we will dress your show-home for a fee of £1500 to cover travel costs and set-up time and rental for a period of 9 months.

Bedroom

• 1 double bed
• 2 bedsides
• 2 lamps
• 1 mirror
• 1 chest/wardrobe
• 1 rug

Sitting Room

• 2 sofas
• 2 pictures
• 1 coffee table
• 1 occasional table
• 1 rug
• 2 lamps

Kitchen/Dining

• 1 oak dining table
• 4 dining chairs
• 1 oak sideboard/dresser base
• 1 lamp

If a purchaser subsequently buys the display furniture we will refund the set up fee. At the end of your marketing period if the furniture is no longer required (with 2 weeks prior notice) we shall up-lift our furniture inclusive of our set-up fee. You are responsible for the products while they are in your property and ideally they should be included in your property insurance for the rental period. In the event of return to us at the end of the rental period, the furniture should be in fair saleable condition.

We normally find that sale of display furniture is nearly always achieved – thus meaning the likely refund of your setup costs under this option.

Option 2 - Outright Purchase

We will dress your property to your choice of our products as indicated in OPTION 1 at a 35% discount of the marked retail price. You then own the furnishings and fittings that we have supplied. These products may be sold to a purchaser or retain them for your next show-home.

For both the above options we ask that the price tickets are left on our furniture supplied and that our literature is freely available and on display in your show-home.
