Deliveries are normally completed weekdays between 9.00am to 5.00pm although we can accommodate alternative times by arrangement.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase, which is why we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If within 7 days of delivery you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a credit note or a full refund *. Items for return or exchange must be in the same condition as they were delivered.
Self assembly products are excluded from our 7-day satisfaction guarantee once they have been removed from their packaging unless they are incomplete, faulty or defective.
Credit will be for the value of item(s), excluding delivery charges applied. Contact our office and we will arrange a collection.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
* where goods are faulty, factory damaged or sub-standard.
Furniture Construction
Most of our products are delivered fully assembled. Some larger items are delivered part-assembled; however these products are clearly marked and displayed accordingly.
Delivery Timescales
Whilst we endeavour to hold all our products in stock, certain products are made to order. Where immediate delivery is not available from stock we will notify you and we will do our best to get your products to you within 3-6 weeks. Up-to-date delivery times are available with each individual product.
We make every effort to deliver your purchases promptly and efficiently, however delays can occasionally occur. In this event we will advise you accordingly and shall offer you a full refund should you wish to cancel your order. *
As soon as your goods are ready to be delivered we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please note that a signature will be required at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery location.

Damages
Damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by email, phone or fax to our office. We will contact you within seven days to arrange exchange or supplemental delivery.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Accessories, lamps, rugs etc must be in unused condition, in the event they are not we reserve the right to charge up to 20% re-stocking fee.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel, where applicable the goods purchased up to 14 days after ordering or 7 days after delivery. The following conditions apply.
Your usual statutory consumer rights apply
That you take reasonable care of the goods and refrain from using the goods whilst awaiting collection
Where we agree to collect, the goods are to be made freely available for collection
If you fail to comply and the furniture is returned damaged to us we reserve the right to withhold a reasonable sum for the resulting loss in value of the goods
Where the cancellation is exercised in accordance with the above clauses the refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to reject a cancellation if the above requirements are not met.
Subject to usual statutory rights, purchases which have been made or coloured to order may not be cancelled or returned unless defective.
Sale, reduced or clearance discounted items are non refundable.
Refunds
You can get your money back if an item is:
faulty (it doesn't work properly)
incorrectly described
not fit for purpose
If you find that the item doesn't meet these requirements you can ask for your money back, as long as you do so within 14 days. Alternatively, you can request a repair or replacement.
You do not have a right to a refund if you:
change your mind about a product
decide you do not like it
In the event of a refund after delivery then the delivery will not be refunded.
